About this service
Ask TVC is an AI-assisted information service operated by ALL-I@MOVEO LTD (company number 12731297). It answers questions using approved public information about our Thinking Value Chain, engineering research, technology and strategy.
Information we process
When you ask a question, your message (maximum 1,200 characters), together with content from three approved public documents, is processed through OpenAI's API to generate an answer.
Ask TVC does not require an account, set cookies or use browser storage. These statements concern the chatbot, not other functions of our website.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process this information to answer public enquiries, operate the service and protect it against misuse. Our UK GDPR lawful basis is legitimate interests in providing and safeguarding this information service.
Service providers and retention
OpenAI processes chatbot requests on our behalf. Render hosts the application and may process technical information, including IP addresses.
Our chatbot does not retain conversation histories or log question-and-answer text. We request that OpenAI does not store generated responses as retrievable application records. However, OpenAI may retain information in safety and abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer in certain circumstances.
Render may keep technical logs, including IP addresses, for up to 7 days.
Information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States.

Please do not submit personal, sensitive, commercial-confidential or unpublished technical information.
Using Ask TVC is optional. Applicable UK data-protection rights include requesting access, correction or deletion of personal data, and objecting to certain processing.
